Robert E. Brown of Wilmington Delaware finally receives a written response from the FBI by anonymous source from the U.S Justice Criminal Department (FBI) regarding a timely filed Writ of Certiorari filed April 2, 2014 charging evidentury facts of Civil Rights violations.
The U.S Justice Criminal Department letter has concluded that Robert E. Brown’s (herein after Brown) Writ of Certiorari as not prosecutable with regret.
Brown will file charges of violations of Title 18 Statutes with the U.S Justice Criminal and Civil Department of violations in concluding violation of the 1St. Amendment “FREEDOM OF SPEECH”. (See letter below)
